An essential practice to Purify, Activate and Align your energy
The Inner Question
Every human being carries a deeper inner knowing — an ocean of evolutionary possibilities.
But we keep accumulating layers of conditioning —
mental patterns, habits, emotional weight — that take us further from our inner being.
What remains missing is not effort. It is not sincerity. Often, it is the absence of a living, complete practice.
THE PRACTICE
Namo Abhyas
Namo Abhyas is a simple yet powerful yogic practice designed by Gurudev Sri Anish, born from his inner experience during years of sadhana. It is a Self-Purification process — a 30-minute daily practice that works simultaneously on your physical body, energy body, and mental body.
Self-Purification brings clarity. Clarity brings an understanding of one’s life purpose. And that understanding opens the door to Ananda — the bliss that already lives within you.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Not information. A way of practicing.

A Structured Daily Sadhana
A 30-minute process designed to be practised every day — working on your physical body (Annamaya Kosa), energy body (Pranamaya Kosa), and mental body (Manomaya Kosa).

Direct Initiation from a Living Guru
Not a recorded course or a book. A living transmission — the practice is received directly from Gurudev Sri Anish

A Process of Self-Purification
Accumulated conditioning begins to dissolve. Clarity arises. An understanding of one’s life purpose opens naturally.

A 42-Day Sankalp
A sacred commitment to 42 unbroken days of daily practice. This is where sadhana moves from routine to an integral part of your being.

Clarity and Life Purpose
As the inner pollution clears, a natural clarity arises — an understanding of your potential, your purpose, and the direction your life truly needs to move.

The Gateway to Deeper Work
This is where the path with Gurudev begins. Without this foundation, deeper retreats cannot be received.
THE JOURNEY
Four Sessions. One Unfolding.
The programme unfolds across four live sessions with Gurudev. Each session prepares the ground for the next.
Preparation
Establishing the inner ground
Turning Inward
Moving attention from outer to inner
Deepening
Opening subtler dimensions

Receiving the complete sadhana
THE JOURNEY
What Regular Practice Brings
Nothing is imposed. Nothing is forced. But with steady practice, certain shifts are often noticed:
The Mind Becomes Quieter
Mental noise settles. A clarity of thought and purpose begins to emerge naturally.
Awareness Sharpens
You become more present, less scattered — more available to life as it is.
Emotional Reactivity Softens
Responses replace reactions. Relationships carry more ease, more warmth.
A Natural Discipline Takes Root
The practice becomes a non-negotiable part of the morning. The rest of the day follows.
Physical Lightness & Energy
Accumulated tension releases from the body. Energy rises. Sleep improves. The body feels lighter, more alive and responsive.
An Inner Balance Appears
Not as an achievement, but as a natural consequence — a quiet reordering of daily life.
The Doorway to Deeper Sadhana
Namo Abhyas is the essential first step — and the gateway to all that follows.
Every sadhak on the path with Gurudev begins here. This is the foundational sadhana one must establish within oneself before the deeper, more immersive retreats. Without this inner preparation, the subtler dimensions of the journey cannot open.

TESTIMONIALS
What the practitioners have to say
Namo Abhyas has changed my life. It has increased my pranic flow and helped in rejuvenating my body at a deeper cellular level. It has also reduced mental chatter and emotional turbulence and brought spiritual harmony and a deeper sense of connection and purpose. I feel more composed and non reactive in daily life. Thank you Gurudev 🩷🧡

When i think about Namo Abhyays, so many feelings come starting from its Deeksha at Dharamshala which brought rush of energy to now when we practice it everyday and feel so nice after it. Physical fitness has improved. Dhyan has become deeper. Getting up in the morning and doing Namo has become so much part of daily routine. Thank Guru ji and Shivani Ma for giving us this Divine practice. 🙏

Pranaam Guruji and Shivani Ma🙏🙇♀ When you initiated us into Namo Abhyas we did not realize the impact it would have on our lives🙏🏻Now we look forward to start our day with it. Its not only made us more agile physically but also helped to feel more energetic, focused and filled with more and more gratitude each passing day. Sadhana has become deeper. The anahata chakra, my heart feels sooo full and with some energy I cant explain. My heart is just so full of love and gratitude to Guruji for everything 🙏🏻🙇♀❤️
Maa Dhyan Bindya
Grateful to Gurudev for intiating us into Namo Abhyas. The combination of movements and breathwork completely resets the body and mind. My body feels light, chest opens up, breathing and pranic flow feels better. The movements are easy to follow - acts as a reminder to breathe. There is a fascinating shift in how I carry myself. I start the session feeling like a collection of separate parts—tight shoulders, a racing mind, shallow breath. By the end, I feel so calm and energised at the same time - its a perfect reset in the chaos of the routine work days. Thank you to Shivani Ma for teaching it to me and ensuring we all understand. The refereshers after the initiations were extremely helpful.

While Namo Abhyas may be working at deeper layers beyond what I can perceive, there are a few shifts I’ve clearly noticed. It brings a reset to the body, mind, and emotions — almost like a fresh surge of vibrance flowing through the system. There’s a sense of renewed energy that supports clarity in thinking, especially in my work. At times, when I’m carrying emotional residue from the previous day, Namo Abhyas gently and spontaneously gives the energy to move through it — without effort or struggle. Earlier, there used to be a certain heaviness in parts of the body. That has now dissolved, replaced by a feeling of lightness and buoyancy. And in the final phase, it becomes सहज (effortless) to settle into a cocoon of silence — as if Gurudev’s presence gently envelops me completely.
