1. Contribution amount received for a program will be processed as refund for valid cancellation request received up to 5 days before the start date of Program. No refund requests shall be eligible thereafter. The person who completed the booking must contact connect@bodhshala.org within the time frame mentioned to request for a refund
2. Contributions made for online payments will be transferred back to the original source which will take up to 4 weeks.
3. People seeking refunds are requested to share the screenshot or details of payment done along with the account details where they want the payment to be received back
4. If you choose to leave a meditation retreat for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund. This will be considered a cancellation of your registration
5. There will be no refund for a no-show.

1. Cancellation requests must be filed at least 5 days before the start date of the Program at connect@bodhshala.org by the person who completed the booking. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Please contact the program in-charge within this time window or write to the email address (connect@bodhshala.org) to request a refund.
2. The cancellation request must be accompanied with the necessary documents, like the details of transaction and the program that the person was planning to attend.
3. Refunds for offline payments (such as cash) will be processed only through NEFT.
4. Refunds processing will take up to 4 weeks.
